Hi, I’m Priscila Rossi — but in the art world, I go by Prue Rossi.

Originally from Brazil and now based in Oakville, Ontario, I’m a self-taught visual artist with a deep passion for color, texture, and emotional expression through painting. My journey with art began not in galleries or studios, but as a personal exploration — a way to translate feelings, memories, and moments into something visual and lasting.

Over the years, painting has become my sanctuary, my outlet, and my voice. I work mostly with acrylics and mixed media, often blending abstract forms with organic elements. Nature, femininity, and inner transformation are recurring themes in my work — each canvas tells a unique story, born from both intuition and lived experience.

My background in international business and procurement taught me structure and strategy, but it’s through painting that I reconnect with creativity, vulnerability, and freedom. Creating art is not just what I do — it’s how I make sense of the world.
